Randy Bean

Randy Bean has been an advisor to Fortune 1000 organizations on data leadership for 3+ decades. He is the author of the bestselling Fail Fast, Learn Faster: Lessons in Data-Driven Leadership in an Age of Disruption, Big Data, and AI, and a current contributor to Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review. Randy serves as Innovation Fellow, Data Strategy for Paris-based consultancy Wavestone.

Jason Johnson

Jason Johnson is Chief Data and Analytics Officer and SVP of Informatics and Analytics at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, where he has served for 7 years. Prior to joining Dana-Farber, Jason was Head of R&D at PatientsLikeMe, a patient-focused research company in Cambridge, MA.  He came to that position after 16 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries in various leadership roles in informatics, IT, bioinformatics, and genomics.  Jason has undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Physics from Stanford University, a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge (UK), and a PhD in Biophysics from Harvard University.

Shahidul Mannan

Shahidul Mannan is the chief data officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH), extending and overseeing the ministry’s vision and strategies for data-driven digital transformation. He is accountable for the ministry’s enterprise data platform, as well as data governance, products, innovation and commercialization.

Before joining BSMH, Mannan was head of data engineering and innovation at Mass General Brigham where he led the next generation data analytics architecture and platforms for MGB (formerly Partner’s Healthcare) digitization and analytics innovation. Prior to that, at Dell EMC, he served as global head of big data and analytics – leading all data assets and building next generation data lake and AI-driven analytics across the enterprise. At Altisource, he served as vice president of technology, chief data officer and was responsible for all data management, big data, business intelligence and advanced analytics, developing fintech analytics products and services.

Mannan earned a Bachelor of Science, Engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and a Master of Business  Administration, Finance and Investments degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City.

Rajesh Anandan

Rajesh Anandan is an impact entrepreneur and growth architect. He is the co-founder and CEO of Ultranauts, an award winning quality engineering firm with employees in 30 states, 75% of whom are on the autism spectrum. Ultranauts has been named a FastCompany World Changing Idea, MIT SOLVE Challenge Winner and Interbrand Breakthrough Brand. Rajesh began his career at Microsoft, worked at Bain & Company, launched Unicef Ventures, and lectures at MIT. Rajesh has a BSc and MEng in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT with concentrations in AI, Systems Dynamics and Economics.

Bob Howland

Bob Howland is our first ever Chief Digital Officer. This new role reflects the growing importance that digital has for our customers and our company.  Bob has been a pioneer in helping companies adopt ecommerce, engage customers online, and build digital business models. Bob will leverage his leadership, insights and expertise to implement Dawn Food’s long term digital strategy and overall business model so that we can continue our tradition of innovation to support our customers around the world.

Before joining Dawn, Bob was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Blueport Commerce, the leading SaaS Cloud ecommerce platform for furniture, used by the largest retailers in North America to run their omnichannel business. Prior to Blueport, Bob has held executive management positions at various companies with the focus on business transformation and change management.  Bob is married and has 2 daughters.

Yakov Bart

Yakov Bart is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Thomas E. Moore Faculty Fellow at D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University. He is the Co-Founder and Faculty Director of the DATA (Digital, Analytics, Technology, Automation) Initiative and a core faculty member at the Institute for Experiential AI and the NULab for Texts, Maps, and Networks at Northeastern University.

Yakov has done research, teaching, and consulting throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. His research examining marketing implications of new digital technologies and business models has been funded with multiple research awards and grants, presented at numerous academic and industry conferences around the globe, and published in leading marketing and management journals, Yakov has co-authored a popular digital textbook Social Media Marketing: Principles and Strategies, an interdisciplinary volume Reengineering the Sharing Economy: Design, Policy, and Regulation, published by Cambridge University Press, and a playbook on digital transformation titled Break the Wall: Why and How to Democratize Digital in Your Business, published as part of an American Marketing Association book series.

Yakov is a frequent speaker at international business summits and industry events, including Teradata Analytics Universe and World Knowledge Forum. He worked with multiple industry leaders such as American Express, General Motors, Google, Havas, Intel, Kantar Media, LVMH, Nielsen, NPD Group, and WPP, among others, and has been an expert witness. Yakov holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley, and S.M. in Operations Research from MIT. Before joining Northeastern University, Yakov was a marketing professor at INSEAD and visiting faculty at the Wharton School.
